Requirements By The Ministry
Of Manpower
Man Year Entitlement
- Balance remaining period
of the project must not be less than 6 months
- Total remaining value
is not less than S$500,000.00
Prior Approval
- Balance remaining period
of the project awarded by Main-Contractor must not be less than 3
months before the expiring of Man Year Entitlement
PRC Workers
- Letter of support from
Economic Development Board (EDB)
- Total remaining value
is not less than S$10,000,000.00. This also applies to Construction
Project submission Documentation that is to be endorsed by an Architect,
Developer or Owner.
- The contract period for
Prior Approval shall not be less than six months.

Additional
Services
Upon confirmation of our
service, we will provide air-ticket, transport, place for interview
and other expenses incurred for two representatives from your company
to fly with us to the Country Of Employment to interview the workers
before we recruit them to Singapore. We also provide the Transportation
Services for workers arriving in Singapore and arranged for the following:

EVALUATION CERTIFICATE TRADE TEST
As we approach the next millennium
decade, our construction industry would be even more complex and sophisticated.
The demands are for greater responsiveness, quality projects and timely
delivery and cost competitive.
In the coming years, contractors
have to shift paradigm to use skill labour cost saving construction methods
and fewer but more skillful foreign workers. With possible rising unskilled
workers, levy, would be redundant.
As from 1 April 1998, under
construction category the monthly levy was revised:
Skilled Labour: $100
Lowered to $30
Unskilled Labour: $440
Increased to $470
